This 3-dimensional vibratory machine can be used for de-greasing, de-flashing, de-rusting and polishing for such materials as metals, ceramics, plastic, glass and more to a delicate smooth surface.

- Powerful, heavy-duty, both sides extended shaft, flange mounted vibratory motor that uses special castings and bearings to make it robust and reliable.
- Continuous media contact for effective processing in the shortest time possible.
- Inverted spray system designed to clean residual media, parts or compounds from the bowl.
- Polyurethane casted work bowl drain with openings to suit the media geometry. These drain designs allow effective discharge of the effluent to ensure the process is clean and effective.
- Upper and lower imbalance weights are securely fastened to both ends of the motor shaft and are adjustable to suit the process parameters.
- Vibratory screener designed for precise screening of media and products.
- KYD belt dryer used for drying large and small parts prone to damage, parts with many holes of different sizes and heavy parts.
- Blow dryer to blow away water.
- Drying by heater controlled hot air recirculated in drying chamber.
